Cardiovascular conditions and hypertensive disorders of pregnancy are two of the leading causes of pregnancy-related deaths.


An increasing number of women in the U.S. have chronic health conditions such as high blood pressure, diabetes, and chronic heart disease. This puts us at a higher risk of complications and prevents our body from functioning at an optimal level when needed most.

During life changes such as pregnancy, family dynamics, commitments, demanding work schedules, and aging.


There is an urgent need for us to focus on awareness, prevention, and effective lifestyle changes to address the current state of women's health.
